[packagekit] Can I Launch gpk-application with a subset of sources

I would like to launch gpk-application with only a subset of the of the 
software sources shown in the UI. The use case is the user has just 
installed a new repository and would like to "install the products" from 
repository. This seems like a case where we launch Package Kit and say 
"only look at this repo for the UI, but all repos for doing dependency 
resolution".

is there a way to do this?
