[packagekit] Next stable series

Hello Richard,

Do you have got any plans when the 0.7 branch will be the next stable
series? Ubuntu is currently in preparation for a new long term support
release (5 years) in April and the client glib library will be used by
the language installer and indicator-session at least.

Should we stay with 0.6 and backport the not yet merged WhatProvides
type locale?
