[packagekit] PackageKit-0.6.21 build fails on packagekit-qt

Yes, I use git PACKAGEKIT_0_6_X branch code, not tar ball from http://www.packagekit.org/releases/.
./autogen.sh
make

I found released tarball already has configure file shipped, and I can build it successful with this configure file.

When you release PackageKit, how to generate tarball? In fact I want to know how to generate generate ./configure file using autogen.sh.
