[packagekit] Add Download Speed and more info

i'm use fedora 16 and i coldn't find 1 and 4 i attach my screen shot from
gpk-install-package-name and package kit

also i have a new suggestion for search query
plz add some combo box to select search in package name or search in both
package name and description
