[packagekit] Release this week?

I've just got back from Christmas break, and technically there is a
new release due. From my point of view there aren't that many changes,
but I don't mind rolling a release if anybody wants/needs one. The
zypp guys might want a release as there are a few backend juicy fixes.

If nobody says anything, I'll postpone the release until next month.
