[packagekit] GNOME PackageKit 3.0.0 released

Hi!
GNOME-PackageKit 3.0.3 packages should be available in my testing-area PPA
in a few minutes/hours :)
Debian packages are finished and just need to be reviewed and uploaded, so
they will be present in Debian experimental soon.
(we need to use experimental, because one G3 dependency of GPK is only
available in experimental at time)
