Makes sense. I'm wondering if it's useful to have a
InstallGenericResource that just takes the PkProvidesEnum as a string
as well as the provide to match. Other people have mentioned this to
me, e.g. InstallHaskellResource and I think we're at the point where a
generic method will be useful.
