[packagekit] GNOME PackageKit 3.0.0 released

Hi!
Are you sure you're mirroring Oneiric? This series ships the most recent
packages in my PPA. But even for Natty, PK 0.6.14 binaries are available:
http://ppa.launchpad.net/ximion/packagekit/ubuntu/pool/main/p/packagekit/
The packages are automatically created by some scripts, to test if I
create both Debian and Ubuntu compatible packages and to provide
Debian/Ubuntu users more recent versions of PackageKit, Unfortunately,
GNOME-PackageKit is not yet available in the PPA, because Ubuntu decided to
break with the Debian naming sheme and is now shipping a renamed version of
libnotify pkg. I'm currently investigating this.

About the issue below: Did the build complete successfully? What is your
debuild version and what is the content of debian/tmp exactly? Do you set
any extra flags or perform extra scripts which could have removed the *.la
files?

Cheers,
  Matthias
