PK is in testing in version 0.6.12-1. Unstable currently holds PK 0.6.14-1
Btw, I uploaded some stuff recently which should allow us to build GPK for
Oneiric in my testing PPA. (Although this change could break old GNOME2
applications, which are currently used by Natty) GPK3 should show up in the
Oneiric branch, if everything works as expected and Launchpad is nice to me
:)
