[packagekit] PackageKit 0.7.6 released!

Hi all,

I think I've tracked down a bug in the client library; here is a
patch. Without this, adopting a transaction will not give any useful
information as the signal handler is disconnected too early. The
finish (pk_client_state_finish) function should still be called later,
when the "Finished" signal is received. At least that's my
understanding of it, but I could be wrong.
