[packagekit] What package provides a file?

Hi,

I am using the PackageKit Transaction interface [1] via D-Bus,
particularly the WhatProvides method. How do I find out what package
provides a file? e.g. the file 'pppd.h'?

I've read docs/provides-component-naming.txt [2]. It provides lots of
cool features, but no simple 'file' component?
