[packagekit] Zif 0.2.7 released!

Zif is a simple yum-compatible library that only provides read-write
access to the rpm database and the Fedora metadata for PackageKit.

 - Add a kernel update test transaction (Elad Alfassa)
 - Add a test transaction for removing an older version (Elad Alfassa)
 - Check the mirrorlist contains at least one non-comment or empty

multiarch (Richard Hughes)
 - Fix 'zif update kernel' as we want to install newer versions, not
remove the current running version (Richard Hughes)
