[packagekit] Cherry pick into PACKAGEKIT_0_6_X

Hey all,

I'm going to release a *stable* 0.6.19 early next week, so if you've
recently committed anything in master, then please make sure you
cherry pick it into PACKAGEKIT_0_6_X if it's suitable for the stable
branch. In the meantime, I'm just prepping an unstable 0.7.2 release,
so they'll be an announcement about that later today.
