[packagekit] Release Monday

Hi all,

I'm planning to do another release on Monday. "Release early and
release often" and all that.

The new release will be the first with the new PkBackendJob API break,
which was one of the bigger steps to allow us to run some transactions
in parallel. The next release won't actually run anything in parallel
just yet, but it puts all the framework code in place. If you can get
your backends to compile with the new API breaks and test that
everything still works I'd very much appreciate it.
