    Splitting by '&' was always a workaround and should be removed.

NOTE: we probably also want to do something with vendor_url and the
other _url properties. There's some funky encoding for URL titles,
which I'm thinking of dropping altogether. I think we probably just
want vendor_urls which is an array of strings, which don't have
titles.
