[packagekit] GNOME PackageKit: requires/dependent packages are semantically reversed

Hi,

I'd appreciate some feedback from PackageKit developers on a
gnome-packagekit bug [1]. The "Requires Packages" button is displaying
the list of packages dependent on the selected package, and the
"Dependent Packages" button is displaying the list of packages that the
selected package depends on. This is semantically the opposite of the
expected behavior. I think we're just misusing PkClient functions that
are somewhat confusingly named, but I'd like a sanity-check on this.

Thanks!
