[packagekit] gnome-packagekit patches

Hi,

According to README.commits in gnome-packagekit, I need to check in here
before pushing to that module. There are three separate one-line patches
that I'm planning to push:

1) The initial window size is very small as of 3.8.1; every time I open
the program, I can only see three packages at a time. [1] sets it to
something reasonable. (This automatically maximizes the window on very
small screens.)

2) In the update viewer you can only read two lines of the update
description at a time. This has been a problem for quite a while, except
in openSUSE, because they use [2] to set it to four lines instead.

3) [3] is a trivial fix for the name that displays on the about dialog.

The first two have several duplicates on Red Hat bugzilla as well.

For (1) it'd be good to also remember the window size. I'm was working
on this but got stuck on some performance issues when resizing; I'll get
back to it soon. Regardless that's really a separate bug; we should
apply this now since there should be a good default whether the size is
remembered or not.

For (2) it'd be good for the description box to be resizable. I haven't
looked at that (yet); again, the poor default is really a separate bug.

[1] and [2] I intend to go into the 3.8 branch. I might suggest a 3.8.3
release sometime soon after, since these are pretty annoying.
