I merged the updates for the Ports backend and for FreeBSD builds. It updates the backend to 0.8, and fixes some portability issues... Apparently there are some GSOC projects working on a "Pkg" backend: https://wiki.freebsd.org/pkgng (it would be native, rather than Ruby) --anders
