[packagekit] RFC: Does anyone actually use the PackageKit web plugin?

IBM uses the PackageKit-plugin.so extensively to support our internal 
population of Linux users.   It allows our AppStore web experience to pull 
packages from the internal yum repositories. IBM has standardized on 
Firefox and the plugin continues to work just fine.
