[packagekit] Are issues being monitoried?

Hello,

I filed an issue two weeks ago here:
https://github.com/PackageKit/PackageKit/issues/699. There was no activity
on it. Is it the right place to file issues? (note that the 'How can I
help?' page references bugs.freedesktop.org which is no longer working)
