PackageKit-Qt 1.1.3 released!

Hello!
This release brings pretty much just one change: API to fetch offline
update results using the recently introduced daemon API.
Please note that building with Qt6 is now the default, if you still
need Qt5, you can enable the `BUILD_WITH_QT5` cmake option.
