Replace "contacts.msn.com" with "local-bay.contacts.msn.com"

This patch fixes logging in for me. I only needed the change in
papyon/service/description/AB/__init__.py in order to log in, but the Sharing
service was getting the same 301 error so I applied it there too. I changed the
SingleSignOn file as that was the last reference to "contacts.msn.com", but I
don't know how to test that part.
