[Papyon] Implementing the NOT command in papyon

Hi!

I'd like to implement the NOT command in papyon similarly to what 
MSNP-sharp does in OnNOTReceived(), see 
<http://code.google.com/p/msnp-sharp/source/browse/trunk/MSNPSHARP_DEV/MSNPSharp/NSMessageHandler.cs>, 
line 977 onwards.

This would make quite a big difference to the end user as it would allow 
us to notify the user about AB changes (aka contact invitations) 
immediately and not only when logging in again. IMO the ABCH 
notification should result in the address book being re-read or 
re-synchronized and corresponding AB change events being emitted. 
Probably telepathy-butterfly would pick up these changes immediately if 
we route them to the right events.

What do you think?

Any objections? Any suggestions how exactly this should be implemented?
