[Pchdtv] Latest CVS contents

Hi.

I was wondering if there was a missing Makefile or README instructions
in the linux26/ directory...

Also I tried to build against the 2.6.12-1.1378_FC3 kernel, but I'm missing
VIDEO_MODE_ATSC and VIDIOCGSIGNAL definitions in my header
files, and there are no directions on how to update the installed header
files with the CVS contents.

What am I missing?
