[Piglit] Can't push to piglit. Patch request.

I can't commit to piglit. I get:
$ git push

Could someone with commit access please commit the attached patch.
There's a bunch of tests which are current failing on our setup because
the test machine is different from the build machine (which is building
piglit whenever something changes).
This would also make it easier to share binaries with other people. Esp
windows binaries are a pain to build due the requirements and the lack
of standard OSS packaging on windows.
