[Piglit] NOTICE: json, old result files, and piglit-summary-html

As you may have noticed, piglit-run.py now uses json for the result file format.

If piglit-summary-html.py is passed result files in the old format, those
files will not be read. A warning is emitted and the file is skipped.

If anyone has an archive of old Piglit result files that they need converted to
the new json format, please let me know. If there is demand, then I will write
the conversion script.
