[Piglit] [PATCH 0/4] add gles2

Version 4 of this patch set to add tests/spec/gles-2.0 and lay the
foundation for what will be many more gles2 tests. I believe I've
acted on all review comments.

Included in this patch series are:

gles2_sanity_test
gles2_unit_glReadPixels
clear-varray-2.0.c
minmax.c

These have been tested and function.
