Testing coverage looks good.  I noticed that blend-api.c has Intel's
copyright on it, while I suspect that one actually ought to be yours
(you said the other two were trivial modifications of other tests, but
that one looked pretty new).

The only other interesting test I saw from the spec that we don't have
is checking that if you have too many buffers bound while a dual-source
blend mode is active causes rendering to throw an error.  I've put a
note about doing that in our schedule if you don't do it first.
