For exactly this reason, waffle doesn't use the system's EGL headers, but
instead uses its own at $waffle_top/third_party/khronos/EGL.  Before
publishing the waffle release, I successfully built and tested it on a system
whose EGL headers lacked EGL_KHR_OPENGL_ES3_BIT_KHR. If I somehow failed to
catch a build failure, however, please let me know, with the compiler errors
included in the message.
