[Piglit] [v10 01/13] glapi: fix parsing of extensions containing string "EGL_"

[Topi Pohjolainen]

Category for 'EGLImageTargetTexture2DOES' becomes 'GL_OES_EGL_image'
instead of 'GL_OES_Eimage'.
