[Piglit] [PATCH] KHR_debug: test ObjectLabel(), GetObjectLabel(), ObjectPtrLabel() and GetObjectPtrLabel()

Perhaps consider using subtests, so that one problem doesn't prevent
other parts of the test from running; and so the individual cases show
up in the results summary.?
