You should move any piglit_require_extension calls to the top of the 
function (right after your variable declarations).  ClientWaitSync is 
defined in the ARB_sync extension, so you need to ensure that it's 
available before calling it.

This is redundant with your first case ("sync not set up yet").  I'd 
drop b altogether.

This is the exact same call and check as your second case ("test that 
valid sync results in NO_ERROR").  I'd drop it.
