[Piglit] [PATCH 1/3] Add the shell script identifiers to the tests.

I would normally agree, but  two main things have been shown with my tests.

1) Without the shebang, debugging failures has a massive increase in
call stack, and thus leading to increased difficulty in debugging. A
current example of this is what happens on newer linux distributions
when trying to resume tests. The call stack wind up being hard to
handle, and ultimately the issue was traced down to framework/
shader_tests.py. This is mainly due to the other tests profiles being
called like executables ( execfile calls).

2) Not all text editors act like emacs. I know that gnome's text
editor (gedit), mate desktop's text editor ( pluma ), and notepad++
for windows do not automatically determine that this is a python
script without at least having a relative shebang.
