[Piglit] Pull Request: various cmake installation fixes

I previously attached a lot of changes ( including previous changes ) to a
single request, so this fix is to help with this.

 * cmake: fix out of tree Installation and package generation
 * cmake: ignore the "CMakeFiles" folder in generated_tests installer
