CC'ing the author of Pyrit. Their mailing list is silent, hopefully Lukas can
respond to this. I don't mind publishing my changes (everything above the
original kernel) under MIT, but this does not make the whole program MIT.
IANAL, but what about the Khronos Group OpenCL Standard v1.0 or later
exception made above?
