[Piglit] Status Object V2

This series is split into 4 seperate parts

Patches 1-2: These implement some conformance tests for the way summary
detects regressions, fixes, changes, and problems.

Patch 3: Fixes the current implementation of piglit to conform to these
tests.

Patches 4-5: These are the patches that were originally Status Object
patch series, modified with comments from Eric and to conform to the
status conformance tests

Patches 6-7: Do some cleanup, patch 6 in particular reimplements a patch
Eric wrote but not longer applies.
