[Piglit] How do I run the framework tests?

True, but if you want to run *all* the tests you want the dmesg tests as well. 
I generally only run all of the tests right before I send out a series, so at 
that point I do care that i haven't accidentally regressed a dmesg test, and 
then generally only run the tests for the module I'm working in.
