[Piglit] [PATCH 8/8] arb_texture_view: Add test for rendering with format change

Given the issue you found in i965 with promoting some subset of RGB
formats to RGBA, I'm pretty sure we need a real covers-all-the-formats
rendering test.  Also, like fredrikh I'm concerned about how channel
order gets specified with things like RGBA8 vs R32UI.
