I just checked libepoxy against MSVC2010 and it is a total mess. I
recommend a rewrite since proper windows support depends on properly
supporting the Visual Studio.

As far as a good start, try using the -ansi flag on gcc. I know that most
C99 features are not in visual studio ( like stdbool.h and how the string
tables are done )
