[Piglit] [PATCH 3/3] tests/quick.tests: return to pep8 compliance

commit bab84213 exposed a behvarioral problem in GleanTest, and commit
832e498 worked around this bug by reordering code. While this was a
valid work around it wasn't pep8 compliant. Since the previous patch in
this series fixed the behvaior or GleanTest, there is not reason to keep
this change.
