Sometimes I really hate python; this a problem python's very poor package 
module. Here is a patch with one solution, which is moving the ocl_config file 
to the piglit root. I should also point out this patch of your patch fixes out 
of tree builds for cmake, and you probably want that even if you decide to go 
another route with the config file.
