I wanted to use libepoxy, but as Eric points out, it's not ready yet for
Piglit adoption because of its lack of MSVC support. As soon as
libepoxy is ready for MSVC, though, I want Piglit to start using it, and
then we'll throw my patch series into the garbage bin.
