[Piglit] [PATCH] cmake: bump cmake requirement to 2.8.11

Thanks Dylan, I knew I forgot a distro from the list :)

Brian, Dave
I am a bit concerned the RH & VMWare teams. Is bumping cmake to 2.8.11
going to cause any headaches for you guys. Perhaps I'm worrying too much ?
