Most of the tessellation tests haven't been fully tested because of bugs in the GLSL compiler or incomplete drivers. Sometimes I could only check if the produced TGSI looks good, but in other cases even the GLSL compiler can't produce an IR which makes sense.

The tests that can't be run with Mesa are at least compile-tested.

This also uncovers some radeonsi bugs.
