On waffle side there is still a link-time dependency of libX11/libxcb (if built
with it).

Currently piglit as a whole does a massive job of over-linking. If we are to
move and rip out glut (leaving only waffle), most of it can be dropped easily.

Not 100% what you're asking about, but I thought I mention it for anyone
interested.
