[Piglit] [PATCH] arb_texture_view/rendering-formats: test all combinations of all formats

Almost.

Everything is tested except these:
- SRGB8_ALPHA8
- SRGB8
- R11G11B10_FLOAT
- R5G5B5E9_FLOAT
- compressed formats

Both texturing and rendering are tested. There are 800+ subtests.
