[Piglit] [PATCH 05/11] mesa_shader_integer_functions: Clone arb_gpu_shader5 precise qualifier tests

GL_MESA_shader_integer_functions does not add the precise qualifier, so
all of these tests should fail.

    cd tests/spec/mesa_shader_integer_functions/compiler
    cp -a ../../arb_gpu_shader5/compiler/precise-qualifier .
    cd precise-qualifier
    for i in *; do
        sed --in-place -e 's/1[.]50/1.30/g;s/150/130/g' \
