[Piglit] [PATCH 5/8] arb_gpu_shader_fp64: add tests for SSBO

These tests checks that double-precission values work correctly when
using them inside SSBO.
It checks that reading/writing works as expected in
vertex/geometry/fragment shaders, either using double-precision or
mixing with single-precision values, and both in std430 and std140
layouts.
