[Piglit] [PATCH v2 3/5] arb_bindless_texture: add compiler-related tests

Tests are splitted into samplers and images. That way someone
who cares about implementing ARB_bindless_texture without
ARB_shader_image_load_store will be able to run some tests.

v2: - fix out of bounds access in indexing.vert tests
    - minor changes in interface-block.vert tests
    - add flat qualifier in output.vert tests
    - remove return.frag tests (probably not allowed)
    - add images/bindless-global-and-bound-global.vert
    - add samplers/bindless-global-and-bound-global.vert
    - fix samplers/indexing.vert and images/indexing.vert
