[Piglit] [PATCH 2/2] tox: pytest requires python != 3.3

The message should state why we do this.

The reason is that python3.3 is not supported any more by the installed
 3.3.1 version of pytest, since we don't force a maximum version any
more after 2b0a9cc7a.
